l Roots → the most basic form
of a word, or a word that is the base for other words (字根)
l Prefixes → a group of letters that is added to the beginning of a word to
change its meaning (字首)
l Suffixes → a letter or group
of letters added to the end of a word to make a different word (字尾)

research is done

piece of equipment used for measuring the density of liquids
